- 2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash and optionally peel the potatoes. Cut them into evenly sized fries (about ¼-inch thick).
- Soak in cold water for at least 15 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
- Season the Fries
- Toss the fries in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Air Fry the Fries
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket and arrange fries in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- Add Parmesan & Garlic
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, and minced garlic.
- Toss the hot fries with the mixture immediately after air frying.
- Serve
- Enjoy hot with dipping sauces like garlic aioli, ranch, or ketchup.
