Instructions
- Prepare the Carrots – Wash, peel, and cut the carrots into even-sized sticks or rounds.
- Season the Carrots – In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix in Parmesan if using.
- Preheat the Air Fryer – Set to 380°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
- Cook the Carrots – Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
