  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.

  4. Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve.
