- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
- Pour heavy cream and broth into the skillet. Add smoked paprika and black pepper. Simmer 3-4 mins until thickened. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Add drained pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed. Garnish with parsley and serve.
