Ingredients

Instructions

Cook the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook for 5–6 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Sauté the Garlic and Seasonings
In the same skillet, add garlic and Italian seasoning. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. -
Add Broccoli and Liquids
Stir in broccoli, chicken broth, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and cook for 4–5 minutes, until broccoli softens. -
Add Tortellini
Add cheese tortellini. Simmer uncovered for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and sauce begins to thicken. -
Add Parmesan and Chicken
Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Return chicken to skillet and simmer 2–3 minutes to combine.

Add butter if desired. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
