Ingredients

Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Sauté Garlic & Broccoli:

  • Prepare the Cream Sauce:

    • Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth.

    • Stir in Italian seasoning and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

    • Allow to simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken slightly.

  • Cook the Tortellini:

    • Add the refrigerated tortellini to the skillet.

    • Cook according to package instructions (typically 3–5 minutes), stirring occasionally.

  • Finish the Dish:

    • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.

    • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix thoroughly to coat with the sauce.
