  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup reserved pasta water (optional, for sauce consistency)

Optional Garnishes:

  • Chopped fresh parsley
  • Extra grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta:
    • Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  3. Make the Sauce:
    • In the skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring often, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

    • Toss the pasta in the sauce, using reserved pasta water if needed to adjust consistency.
