Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken
    • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear the Chicken
    • Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.
    • Remove the chicken and set it aside on a plate.
