- 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs recommended)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra depth)

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Sear the Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter.
- Once the butter melts, add the chicken and sear for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Boursin Sauce
- In the same skillet, pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Add the Boursin cheese, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until smooth.
- Add Dijon mustard and red pepper flakes (if using) for extra flavor.
- Simmer & Finish
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
