- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Stir until smooth.
- Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions. Mix well to distribute ingredients evenly.
Step 2: Assemble the Pinwheels
- Lay a flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the filling evenly, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Step 3: Chill and Slice
- Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the filling.
- Remove from the fridge and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp knife.
Step 4: Serve
- Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve.
