Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mushrooms
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and remove stems. Place them hollow-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 2: Make the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spoon mixture into each mushroom cap, filling generously.
