Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

  1. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
