  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying, optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture
    • In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    • Mix gently until well incorporated without overmixing.
  2. Shape the Meatballs
    • Use a spoon or cookie scoop to form uniform meatballs (about 1 to 1.5 inches).
    • Roll them gently and place on a plate or baking sheet.
  3. Cooking Methods
    Pan-Frying:

    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Cook meatballs for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temp).

    Baking:

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until fully cooked.

    Air Frying:

    • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Arrange meatballs in a single layer and cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
