Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the Batter
- In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually mix in flour and salt until combined.
- Assemble the Bars
- Spread two-thirds of the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Spoon cherry pie filling over the batter.
- Drop small dollops of remaining batter over the cherry filling.

- Allow to cool completely.
- Prepare the Glaze
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
