- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (or pizza dough)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices of pepperoni
- ½ cup pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a small circle (about 3-4 inches in diameter).
Step 2: Fill the Pizza Bombs
- Spread about ½ teaspoon of pizza sauce onto the center of each dough circle.
- Place 2-3 slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce.
- Add a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Step 3: Seal and Shape
- Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinching to seal completely.
- Roll gently into a ball and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4: Season and Bake
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture over each pizza bomb, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5: Serve and Enjoy
- Let the pizza bombs cool slightly before serving.
- Serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.
