- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for grilling the wraps)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Filling
- In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, letting the heat melt the cheese slightly.
Step 2: Assemble the Wraps
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise on each tortilla (if using).
- Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you roll to secure the filling.
Step 3: Cook the Wraps
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes until fully crisped and heated through.
Step 4: Serve
- Remove the wraps from the pan and let them rest for a minute.
- Slice them in half, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
