  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Filling

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese, letting the heat melt the cheese slightly.

Step 2: Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of sour cream or mayonnaise on each tortilla (if using).
  3. Divide the cheesy garlic chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you roll to secure the filling.

Step 3: Cook the Wraps

  1. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Flip and cook the other side for another 2–3 minutes until fully crisped and heated through.
