  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional, for serving)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken strips with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Garlic Butter:
    In the same skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and toss to coat it evenly in the garlic butter.
  3. Assemble the Wraps:
    Lay out the flour tortillas and sprinkle a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese onto each one. Divide the garlic butter-coated chicken evenly among the tortillas.
  4. Toast the Wraps:
    Fold the tortillas over the filling and press down lightly. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and place each wrap seam-side down. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve and Enjoy:
    Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with sour cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
