  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or sour cream (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Garlic Butter – Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Mix the Chicken and Cheese – In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and half of the garlic butter mixture. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Assemble the Wraps – Lay out tortillas and evenly divide the cheesy chicken mixture among them. If using ranch or sour cream, drizzle over the filling. Sprinkle with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
  • Fold and Cook – Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then roll them up tightly. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and brush with some of the remaining garlic butter. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve and Enjoy – Slice wraps in half and serve warm with a dipping sauce like ranch, garlic aioli, or sriracha mayo.
