Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
- Mix the Egg Base – In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add Cheese and Other Ingredients – Stir in shredded cheddar and mozzarella. Fold in optional meats, vegetables, or bread cubes.
