  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter or tallow (for cooking)

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs:
    • In a bowl, mix ground turkey, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and heavy cream.
    • Form into 1-inch meatballs.
    • Heat butter or tallow in a skillet over medium heat and cook meatballs for 3-4 minutes per side until browned and cooked through (165°F). Remove from skillet.
  2. Make the Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan.
    • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
    • Return meatballs to the skillet and coat with sauce. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
    • Serve on its own or with scrambled eggs, bacon, or sautéed mushrooms.
