Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- Prepare the Vegetables
- If using potatoes, boil them for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
- Slice bell pepper, red onion, and corn into portions.
- Season the Shrimp
