Ingredients
For the Cajun Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
For the Creamy Cajun Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Chicken:
Pat the chicken breasts dry. Mix Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub the mixture evenly on both sides of the chicken. -
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove chicken and set aside. -
Make the Creamy Cajun Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine and Serve:
Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
