  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)

  • 1 ½ cups orzo pasta

  • 1 (5.2-ounce) package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

  • 1 cup baby spinach (optional)

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Cook the Chicken

    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    • Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

    • Cook until golden brown and fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.

  • Cook the Orzo

    • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

    • Stir in orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes.

    • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmering for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender.

  • Combine Ingredients

    • Reduce heat and stir in Boursin cheese until melted.

    • Add Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to skillet.

    • If using baby spinach, stir in until wilted.

 

  • Serve

    • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

    • Garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
