- 8 oz egg noodles (or rice noodles)

- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 1 carrot, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
For the Sticky Sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 2 teaspoons water)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Noodles:
- Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- Prepare the Sticky Sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey (or brown sugar), oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch slurry. Stir well and set aside.
- Cook the Beef:
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook for 2–3 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Stir Fry the Vegetables:
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Combine Everything:
- Return cooked beef to the pan. Pour in the prepared sticky sauce and stir well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles.
- Serve and Garnish:
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
