Instructions
- Prepare the Croissants: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice croissants in half lengthwise, keeping them connected on one side.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread Dijon mustard inside each croissant (if using). Layer each with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
- Prepare the Butter Glaze: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and poppy seeds in a small bowl.
- Brush and Bake: Place croissants on a lined baking sheet. Brush tops with butter mixture and sprinkle with dried parsley if desired. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
