- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water (slurry)

- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until fully cooked and golden brown.
Step 2: Make the Glaze
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch slurry. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
Step 3: Coat the Meatballs
- Transfer baked meatballs to a large bowl.
- Pour glaze over the meatballs and toss gently to coat.
Step 4: Serve
- Garnish with sesame seeds, sliced green onions, and red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer.
