- Place chicken pieces in a bowl and pour pickle juice over them. Let marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator. Drain and pat dry.

- In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, powdered sugar, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder.

- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.

Bread the Nuggets
- Dip each piece of chicken into the egg wash, then coat evenly in the flour mixture. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the coating to adhere.

- Fry nuggets in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
