Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons olive oil
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Aluminum foil or a small oven-safe dish

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

  • Remove excess papery skin from the garlic head, keeping the cloves intact.
  • Slice off the top ¼ inch of the garlic head to expose the cloves.

Step 2: Season and Wrap

  • Drizzle olive oil over the exposed cloves, ensuring even coating.
  • Sprinkle with salt if desired.
  • Wrap the garlic tightly in aluminum foil or place it in a small oven-safe dish with a cover.

Step 3: Air Fry the Garlic

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
  • Place the wrapped garlic in the air fryer basket.
  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, checking at the 20-minute mark. The cloves should be soft and golden brown.

Step 4: Cool and Use
