Instructions

  1. Prepare the Skewers
    • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Marinate the Chicken

  3. Coat with Parmesan

    • Dredge each marinated chicken cube in the Parmesan, pressing lightly so it adheres.

  5. Air Fry the Skewers
    • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
    • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
    • Arrange skewers in a single layer without overlapping.
    • Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Serve
