  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Cook pasta – Boil according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Brown the beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Combine ingredients – In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, ground beef, tomato soup, and 1 ½ cups of shredded cheese.
  • Assemble casserole – Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheese on top.
  • Bake – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
