Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (optional)
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
- Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel for even cooking.
- Make the Sauce: Mix honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice (if using) in a small bowl. Set aside.

- Garnish and Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds, and serve immediately over rice, noodles, or steamed vegetables.
Notes
- Spicy Kick: Add more red pepper flakes or a dash of sriracha.
- Citrusy Twist: Use orange juice instead of lemon for a sweeter touch.
